2 MONTH PACKAGE - Functional Fitness Training
2 months of online personal training. Each week 3-4 new workout routines will be delivered conveniently to your computer or your phone. These exercises are delivered through tutorial videos of which each session will be equipped with clear, concise and appropriate exercises for that week. Functional training consists of appropriate strength, balance, endurance, and neuromusculoskeletal developmental movements to ensure improved and efficient fitness. Open communication either through phone or satellite communications is encouraged for any questions or comments.
